1. General Information

Sasti Air Ticket, a unit of Om Sai Travels, acts as a travel assistance and facilitation service provider. We provide booking support for flights, trains, hotels, visas, and other travel-related services through third-party service providers. We are not an airline, railway authority, hotel operator, or visa-issuing authority.

2. Role & Responsibility

• We act only as an intermediary between the customer and third-party service providers
• All services are provided by respective airlines, hotels, transporters or authorities
• Once booking is confirmed, responsibility lies solely with the respective service provider

3. Fares & Availability

• All fares are dynamic and subject to change without prior notice
• Final price at booking confirmation shall be considered valid
• We are not responsible for fare changes, seat availability or technical errors
• Displayed photos on website are for reference only and actual views may differ

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required to confirm any booking
• In case of delayed or failed payment, booking may not be confirmed
• We are not responsible for payment gateway failures, bank issues or transaction delays
• Service charges for offline work (cancellation, rescheduling) are additional and non-refundable

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellations and refunds are subject to rules of the respective service provider
• Refund amount and timeline depend entirely on the service provider
• Our service charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances
• We are not liable for any delay in refund processing
• Offline work charges (rescheduling, cancellation) will be charged extra

6. Airline Schedule Changes / Cancellations

• Any changes such as delay, rescheduling or cancellation are controlled by the airline
• We hold no responsibility for such changes
• Customers should coordinate directly with the airline

7. Visa & Documentation

• Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy
• We do not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation

8. Limitation of Liability

Sasti Air Ticket and Om Sai Travels shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, delay, injury or inconvenience caused during travel. This includes flight delays, cancellations, baggage loss, accidents or third-party service issues.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay due to events beyond our control:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions or advisories
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• Strikes or industrial actions
• Technical failures or cyber incidents

10. User Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate personal and travel details
• Any loss due to incorrect information will not be our responsibility

11. Service Charges

• Service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances
• These charges are for booking assistance and service facilitation
• Additional charges apply for offline assistance (cancellation, rescheduling, reissuance)

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our sole discretion without prior notice or explanation.

13. Intellectual & Operational Rights

All decisions related to booking, pricing and service facilitation are final and binding.

14. Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Infront of Bareilly Furniture Mart, Near Police Choki, Chawar Gate, Hathras, Uttar Pradesh 204101, India.

15. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, error-free or uninterrupted operations.

17. Third-Party Disclaimer

We are not responsible for acts, errors, omissions or negligence of any third-party service provider, or any personal injury, death, property damage arising from third-party services.

18. Limitation of Liability (Maximum Cap)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total service fee paid to us. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

19. Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sasti Air Ticket and Om Sai Travels from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or legal expenses arising from your misuse of services, violation of terms, or incorrect information.

20. No Guarantee Clause

We do not guarantee ticket confirmation, lowest fares, seat availability, visa approval or travel schedules. All services are subject to availability and third-party approval.

21. Technical Error Clause

In case of pricing error, system glitch or technical issue, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the booking. Full refund (excluding service charges) may be processed.

22. Chargeback & Payment Dispute

• Customers agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks
• In case of chargeback disputes, we reserve the right to take legal action
• All proof of service will be used as evidence

23. Travel Risk Acknowledgment

By booking through us, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, you voluntarily assume all risks, and we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances.

24. Baggage & Personal Belongings Disclaimer

We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage of baggage or personal belongings during travel, or mishandling by airline or transport provider.

25. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for checking health requirements, vaccinations and travel advisories. We are not liable for any health-related issues during or after travel.

26. Fraud & Misuse Clause

We reserve the right to cancel bookings suspected of fraud, block users without notice and take legal action if required.

27. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh.

28. Severability Clause

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and Sasti Air Ticket (A Unit of Om Sai Travels), superseding any prior agreements.
